Privacy Policy

Toplyne collects: account info (email, name), profile info you choose to share, the audio you upload, messages you send to matches, swipe and listening activity, purchase records, and download records (time and IP address, kept as proof of delivery). Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

We use this to run the service: showing your profile in discovery, matching, delivering messages and purchases, preventing fraud, and improving the product. We may publish aggregated, de-identified trend data (for example, which genres are growing). We never sell personal data tied to you.

Service providers: Supabase (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (web hosting), and email delivery.

You can download or delete your data at any time by contacting us. Residents of California, the EU and the UK have additional rights under CCPA/GDPR.
